Body-Solid S2ACD Series II Assisted Chin and Dip Machine

The Weight-Assisted Chin Dip Machine from Body-Solid is designed to facilitate effective and easy dip, chin-up, and pull-up movements by counterbalancing the user's bodyweight. It comes equipped with a 235lb weight stack that allows for full range of motion, proper form, and perfect repetitions, regardless of the user's fitness level.

The S2ACD model boasts two wide lat pull-up grips, which can be used in both neutral and traditional positions, providing exercise variety. The close grip chin up bar can be folded out of the way to accommodate other exercises and features neutral and traditional hand grip positions.

The machine also includes Body-Solid's exclusive rock climbing grips for users who want to improve their grip strength. The dip handles can be easily flipped out of the way for additional space while doing pull-up exercises, and the weight-assisted knee pad can be disengaged for users who prefer to use their entire body weight.

The S2ACD model features stair steps for easy access and a machine-defined path of motion, making it safe and suitable for novice users.
